Beginning Students

For those who are new to yoga, the focus is on body awareness with postures and breathing techniques. This also includes an introduction to relaxation and meditation.

Advanced Students

For those who have been doing yoga for more than 6 months, the focus is on body awareness and alignment with postures and breathing. We also work to increase mental and emotional awareness, including relaxation and meditation.

Women's Instruction

For women who are ready to take some time for themselves and start their yoga journey, I focus on increasing energy, muscle toning, relaxation, and self acceptance.

Teen and Pre-teen

For those parents and their children who are looking for a deeper and more spiritual relationship, we will focus on self-acceptance, confidence building, and relaxation.
