The Studio

The studio is located just 30 minutes north of Boston in Boxford, MA. Here I can provide a quiet and intimate setting for teaching yoga. Private instruction or small groups are welcome. The maximum number is 3-4 students per group. This is a good number to provide sufficient individual instruction yet maintain a group format.

Kripalu yoga does not involve heated rooms, therefore, you will find the temperature quite comfortable and you may have to work up your own sweat!
